Senior Premierships
E(D)FL Division Three - 1984 (1 total)
After three years of fielding only junior teams, Forest Hill commenced as a senior club in 1970. Since then the club has been affiliated with the Eastern (District) Football League, competing mainly in divisions three and four. The seniors’ only premiership success came in 1984 when they accounted for The Basin in the division three grand final by 42 points, 18.15 (123) to 12.9 (81). They reached another division three grand final in 1993, but lost heavily to Warrandyte.
For the last decade, the Zebras have been a division four club. In 2008 they won 9 of their 18 matches to finish in fifth place out of ten teams. The reserves qualified for the finals in fourth position but lost the first semi final to Heathmont. Overall, the reserves have a fine record, having won six premierships comprised of one in division two, two in division three, and three in division four.
