The Mukinbudin Football Club came into being in the late 1960s when North Mukinbudin and South Mukinbudin merged. The highlight of the club’s history to date was its feat in capturing a hat trick of flags between 1976 and 1978. The Rams’ overall tally of eight premierships is exceeded only by Beacon, which has claimed fourteen. The 2009 season was a poor one for Mukinbudin which managed just 3 wins from 15 home and away matches to finish above only Bencubbin on the six team ladder.
