Salisbury North reached a grand final in the Gawler and Districts Football Association in 1955, only a year after the club’s formation. Opposed by South Gawler,\n\nSale-Salisbury North\n\n200\n\nthe Hawks went down by 41 points. It was a similar story in the club’s most recent senior grade grand final appearance which came in division one of the South Australian Amateur Football League. Goodwood Saints provided the opposition on that occasion and eased to victory by 29 points, 13.9 (87) to 9.4 (58).
