Springvale Districts

Prior to commencing in the Southern Football League in 1992 Springvale Districts had claimed a total of five senior grade premierships, but precise details are difficult to uncover. The club’s record since 1992 is impressive, with several senior grade grand final appearances (all in division two) including a premiership obtained in 2007 at the expense of Dingley.

Prior to the 2018 season the Demons competed mainly in Division Two where they experienced mainly modest fortunes. They finished seventh in 2014, eighth in 2015, and tenth in both 2016 and 2017. In 2018 they lined up in Division Three and performed strongly all year, culminating in an 11.10 (76) to 5.9 (39) grand final defeat of Endeavour Hills.
