Biography

Heath Hocking is an Australian rules footballer who plays for Essendon. Hocking played one game late in the 2007 season. He joined Essendon as a 2005 Rookie draft pick and was put on the main list in 2007. Hocking is a solid and hard-at-it midfielder, excellent at playing a lock-down role on opposition midfielders. He had a brilliant 2008 pre-season before a serious groin injury prevented him from cementing his place in the team.
