The Owls compete in the Adelaide Footy Women's League in which they have recently twice come close to claiming premierships. In 2015 they reached the Division Two grand final only to lose by a solitary point to Adelaide University. Two years later they again made the Division Two flag decider but went down to Christies Beach by a margin of 22 points. In 2018 their campaign was again brought to an end at the grand final stage, this time by Mount Lofty by 9 points. The club currently boasts a thriving women's arm which enables them to field two senior and two under age teams each weekend.
