Debuting in 2018 in Division Five of the Queensland Football Association the Bulldogs did well to finish atop the ladder ahead of the finals. Unfortunately, however, they proved unable to go on with things and dropped out of the premiership race with "straight sets" losses to Aspley Hornets and Yeronga South Brisbane. A year later they again topped the ladder ahead of the finals, and this time round they went on with things, clinching a highly meritorious premiership thanks to wins over Marcellin Old Collegians in both the second semi final and grand final.

Following a wholesale restructuring of the competition an abbreviated 2020 season saw the Bulldogs lining up in Division Three where they generally struggled, winning just three of their eight home and away matches to finish just one place off the bottom of the ladder.
