The Swans have contested three senior grade Northern Riverina Football League grand finals, trouncing Lake Cargelligo 24.12 (156) to 9.14 (68) in 2007, losing to the same opponents by 4 goals a year later, and going down by 70 points, again to Lake Cargelligo, in 2010. More recently fortunes have been mixed. For example they qualified for the finals in 2014 and 2018 but the 2013 and 2017 seasons saw them consigned to the wooden spoon.
