Mount Barker
Mount Barker’s only senior grade Great Southern Football League flag to date was captured in 1996. The Bulls also reached the grand final in 2005 but lost by 63 points to North Albany. They again qualified for the grand final in 2016 and went into the clash with North Albany as marginal favourites after having overcome the Kangas in the second semi final. However, North Albany procured the premiership - their third in succession - with an 8.13 (61) to 7.16 (58) triumph. The 2017 season saw the Bulls again performing strongly only for Royals to end their premiership ambitions at the preliminary final stage. A year later the Bulls again got as far as the preliminary final only to fall short once more, this time at the hands of North Albany.
