Quambatook

Since last going top in 1997 Quambatook have endured predominantly modest fortunes although they did manage a long overdue grand final appearance in 2015. Opposed by minor premiers and warm pre-match favourites Ultima the Saints gave an impressive account of themselves only to fall short in the end by 15 points. After that the 2016 season was more a case of business as normal as they slumped to the wooden spoon after losing all 16 matches contested. The 2017 season saw a modicum of improvement as the Saints won 7 times in 16 starts to clamber up the ladder to sixth place of nine. A year later they dropped to seventh after only managing 3 wins in 16 matches.
