The last two games were held on the Sunday afternoon, game number four took place down The Parade at Coopers Stadium where the Redlegs faced the Crows. Their last outing ended in heartbreak for the Norwood faithful, the last score from the Crows in the dying minutes handing them a two-point win in a see-sawing contest back in Round 9. The Redlegs came in as winners from last week, outlasting North by 16 points while the Crows got cast aside by the Magpies to the tune of 58 points.
No doubt that narrow loss to Adelaide earlier this year was still fresh in their minds, but while they began on the right note, their goal-kicking allowed the Crows to stay relatively within touch at quarter-time. Norwood's 5.5 to the Crows' 3.4 saw the home side lead by 13 points at the first change. The 'Legs continued to miss opportunities in the second quarter as the Crows closed the gap, scoring 3.1 to 2.4 to bring the deficit back to 10 points by the long break. The lousy weather turned the ground into a slippery mess by this time, but when the Redlegs returned to the ground, their accuracy was better than ever despite the conditions. They kicked a game-breaking six unanswered goals and kept Adelaide to 1.3 to get out to a 37-point advantage by the final change. The Crows were unable to bridge that gap in the final term, despite the Redlegs scoring just four points, the visitors' score of 2.4 wouldn't stop them going down by 25 points.
Matt Panos was once again best for Norwood, the Crows named Harrison Wing as their best afield.
