AFL: 6,769th player to appear, 2,578th most games played, 5,415th most goals kickedFootscray: 433rd player to appear, 142nd most games played, 421st most goals kicked

Equally at home at full back or centre half back Footscray’s Bernie Lee occupied the former position in the losing grand final of 1961 against Hawthorn, when he was one of his team’s best players. Strong overhead, and a particularly adept spoiler, he played 95 VFL games and booted eight goals for the Bulldogs between 1957 and 1963. Lee is the cousin of Carlton’s Kevin Hall.
