Having worked his way up from Richmond’s thirds, at which level he was a premiership player in 1958, Graham Jacob s took his senior VFL bows in 1959. A highly determined rover and small forward, he played 50 games and booted 50 goals for the Tigers over the course of his five season stint with the club. He later made 11 appearances and scored 20 goals in the TANFL for Clarence, spent the 1965 season with Echuca, and rounded off his playing career with 53 games and 72 goals for WANFL side West Perth between 1966 and 1968.
