A useful wingman and half forward flanker, Ken Mann played the last of his 125 WANFL games for Claremont in the 1964 grand final defeat of East Fremantle. It was his seventh season of league football.

Following the grand final Mann journeyed to Melbourne in order to be best man at former team mate Denis Marshall’s wedding. He ended up being recruited by St Kilda and playing 13 games for the club in 1965 and 1966.
