Quick, resilient and full of nouse, Edward Collins was one of St Kilda's best players on either side of World War I. He played most of his 78 VFL games as a wingman, including the 1913 Challenge Final, when the Saints lost narrowly to Fitzroy. Originally from Port Melbourne Juniors, his career commenced in 1913 and ended in 1921.
