Norwood’s Albert Trembath was a fine all round player equally at home in the ruck or at full back. Most of his playing career, which ran from 1908 to 1911 and in 1915, coincided with a bleak era for the Redlegs. He played 66 senior games and kicked eight goals and played in a winning seconds grand final in 1910. He was the brother of fellow Norwood footballer William Trembath.
