Bob Lee played 96 league games and kicked 32 goals for West Adelaide in three stints between 1945 and 1957 before embarking on long career as a football administrator. In addition to two spells as president of West Adelaide, Lee occupied various SANFL posts over a period of more than a decade, and was an Adelaide Crows board member from 1990 to 1997. He was inducted into the South Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2002.
