Strong overhead, and pacy, Scott Robinson was an eye-catching rebound defender who shone at two SANFL clubs, but failed to crack it for a senior game in the AFL. Having progressed from the club’s junior ranks he made his senior Norwood debut in 1992 en route to 69 appearances and five goals for the club in two stints. He spent the 1994 season with Sydney, but only played reserves football. After two years back at the Redlegs he crossed to Sturt where he rounded off his playing career with 77 games and 10 goals from 1997 to 2000. In the 1998 grand final loss to Port Adelaide he was listed among the vanquished Blues’ best players.
