Bridgetown

Bridgetown’s third and most recent senior grade premiership in 2003 came at the expense of Southerners, the Bulldogs winning a low scoring grand final by 30 points, 11.10 (76) to 6.10 (46). The club was founded prior to the commencement of the Lower West Football League in 1959 by the coming together of Bridgetown Rovers and Bridgetown Warriors Football Clubs.

Recent seasons have seen the Bulldogs experiencing mixed fortunes with the nadir being wooden spoons in 2013 and 2015 and their best result a premiership in 2019, achieved by virtue of an 11.14 (80) to 9.7 (61) grand final defeat of Deanmill.
