Burleigh claimed their only senior grade flag in 2004. More recently, they reached the Queensland Football Association South grand final in 2014 but went down by 49 points to Springwood. In 2017, they competed in Division One of the Queensland Football Association, where they endured a somewhat testing time, winning just 5 of their 18 matches to end up in eighth position on the 10 club premiership ladder, a result which was precisely duplicated a year later. Worse was to follow, with the side winning just once in 2019 to plummet to the wooden spoon.
