Formed in 2014, the Roosters have quickly developed into a healthy, vibrant club. In their debut season in WAAFL C4 Grade they got as far as a 10 point first semi final loss to Secret Harbour and in 2015 they again finished fourth. The reserves meanwhile won the club's first ever premiership in 2015 after accounting for Osborne Park in the grand final by a couple of points. In 2016 the Roosters seniors qualified for their first ever grand final and put in a brave performance only to go down in the end by 10 points to Belmont Districts. The reserves again contested the finals, ultimately finishing fourth. The 2017 season brought consolidation in C3 Grade, the seniors finishing sixth and the reserves playing finals football. A year later the seniors duplicated their 2017 efforts but the reserves slumped to the wooden spoon. Subsequent seasons have seen the Roosters continuing to ply their trade in C3 and finishing seventh in both 2019 and 2020.
