The Bulldogs have claimed ten Hills Football Association flags since the turn of the century making them by some measure the competition's most successful team over that period. Their most recent premiership success came in 2016 when they downed Chidlow in the grand final by 47 points, 16.9 (105) to 9.4 (58). A year later they slipped down the ladder to fifth place, missing out on finals qualification only on percentage before returning to the end of season fray in 2018 when they finished fourth. The 2019 season saw a slight decline in fortune as the Bulldogs' tally of four wins from 16 matches consigned them to fifth place on the seven team premiership ladder.
