Moorabbin (VFA)
The Kangaroos’ second incarnation, like their predecessor of the 1950s and 1960s, spent time in the Victorian Football Association. Commencing in 1983 (in second division), they proved to be nowhere near as successful as Moorabbin Mark 1, and early in the 1987 season they were forced because of internal disagreements to forfeit three consecutive games, whereupon they were expelled from the competition. Their best season was 1985 when they failed to qualify for the finals only on percentage.
