Ouyen United

Ouyen United were a consistent force in the Mallee Football League from the time the competition was established in 1997 until its final season in 2015, after which they merged with rivals Walpeup-Underbool to form the Ouyen United Kangas.

The Demons made the first of seven MFL grand final appearances in their second season, comfortably accounting for Beulah, 21.16 (142) to 13.12 (90). Their six remaining MFL grand final appearances resulted in defeat at the hands of Manangatang in 2002, an 11-point triumph over Woomelang-Lascelles in 2006, losses against Walpeup-Underbool in 2007, Sea Lake Nandaly in 2009 and Beulah in 2010, and finally a 56-point defeat of Sea Lake Nandaly in 2011.
