The closest the Swans came to winning a senior grade flag in the Lexton Plains Football League was a losing grand final against Carngham Linton in 2007. The club was affiliated with the Lexton Football League for many years, capturing twin braces of flags in 1969 and 1970, and 1994 and 1995.

In 2011, following the demise of the LPFL, the Swans commenced in the Maryborough District Football League and immediately enjoyed a log awaited successful campaign, culminating in a 12.11 (83) to 10.5 (65) grand final defeat of Navarre. Subsequent seasons have been somewhat less noteworthy although the Swans did make preliminary finals in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 before getting as far as a grand final loss to Carisbrook in 2018.
