With fourteen senior grade premierships to their name the Tigers have been the most successful of the Hume Australian Football League's current member clubs. Their most recent flag was obtained in 2017 by means of a 9.12 (66) to 5.11 (41) grand final defeat of Jindera. A year later they bowed out of the finals at the first hurdle and were placed fifth.
