Since commencing in 1996 the Gold Coast-based 'Roos have been consistently competitive regularly contesting grand finals and claiming a total of three senior grade flags. In 2017 they were among the foundation members of the Queensland (Australian) Football Association's Division Two competition, winning 13 out of 18 home and away matches to qualify for the finals in third position. However, they failed to go on with things and ultimately finished fourth after losing the first semi final against Kenmore. A year later they dropped down to ninth place on the ten team premiership ladder.
