In the final game of the round, a rugby commitment at Adelaide forced the shift to Unley for the game between the Blues and the Panthers.
The first quarter was pretty average, the two teams only scoring five points between them. The Blues then found the big sticks taking a four goal lead at half time. South found a little form in the third term to get within 15 points of the Blues, but they could not stop the final quarter rampage where the home team booted away to a 56 point win.
