Saturday afternoon was the day for SA footy-heads, and at NAP Oval the Tigers, flying high after their showing against the Eagles last week arrived to face the top placed Bulldogs.
While the visitors didn't do much for the first quarter and being down by 19 points, they got lucky and made up for that in the second term by closing the gap to nine points. The second half wasn't quite as good for Glenelg, although kicking four goals without a miss, Central extended the lead again to 28 points. Not enough up forward for the visitors really hurt them as a 6.4 to 2.3 final quarter sealed it up for the home side. Daniel Schell notched up his 100th goal in senior football in the Bulldogs 53 point win.
