Sunday afternoon at the Parade to finish off the round, the Redlegs playing host to the Bulldogs.
Norwood was out to make Centrals hurt some more, they started the day off with a 14 point lead at quarter time. The Dogs showed signs of resurgence in the second term, cutting the lead back to one point at the half time siren. But from there, it was all Norwood as they made the Dogs suffer. In the third term, the Redlegs added 3.1 to the visitors 1.3. The Dogs had actually snatched the lead in that quarter before Norwood took it back. Centrals all but surrendered in the final term, kicking 4.5 while the Redlegs just did what they pleased and kicked eight goals with only one miss. Norwood won by 31 points, leaving Centrals' title defence in serious trouble.
