In the final match, it was off to Unley Oval as the Double Blues faced the Tigers. The visitors were rather unlucky last weekend, but the Blues haven't exactly been the most fortunate either.
The first quarter was basically a shoot out, both sides scoring 29 points to begin proceedings. Sturt managed to break away from the Tigers in the second term, inaccuracy preventing them from building up a big lead. Sturt up by 19 points at the half time break. Not much happened in the third term, Glenelg kicked a solitary goal while the Blues continued to miss the mark with their 2.4. The Bays mounted a spirited comeback in the final term, but it didn't do the trick. Sturt held the Tigers back long enough to record a three goal victory.
