Hmmm... what is there to say about this match? West Adelaide travelled to the Prospect Oval to have North Adelaide run rampant on them.
The Roosters started the torture early, restricting the Bloods to just three behinds while bagging 5.4 for themselves. At quarter time, the gap was 25 points. Those three behinds on Westies scoreboard would stay that way for the rest of the half, while another Rooster goal stanza of seven goals was the story for the second term and at the long break the visitors were by by 77 points. How much more could the home fans take? Their endurance would continue to be tested in the third quarter as the Roosters piled on more goals and West finally managed to bag a couple of six-pointers. At the final change the lead was out to 102 points. The Roosters rested up in the final term, but did extend the gap by a couple of behinds as they romped home by 104 points.
James Allan was best afield for North, while Marc Dragicevic was West best on ground.
