Stan Morris was a useful performer for Richmond in 52 VFL games from 1919 to 1922 in which he scored four goals. Boasting considerable pace and good disposal skills he was equally at home on a wing or in a back pocket. He played on the wing in both the 1919 challenge final loss to Collingwood and the victory over the same opponent in the following year’s flag decider. He was twice chosen to represent Victoria.
