Nigel Kellett was a productive, determined, hard running wingman and midfielder from Hoppers Crossing who, after a slow start, went on to enjoy a fine V/AFL career with Footscray. From 1989 to 1997 he played 101 games and booted 41 goals. After being de-listed by the Bulldogs he trained with Geelong, but was not picked up, and he ended up rounding off his career with Werribee in the VFL
