Particularly noted for his clever use of handball, East Perth’s 1991 fairest and best winner Willie Dick gave sterling service to the club in 154 WAFL games, commencing in 1985 and finishing in 2000, although he did not play for the team in 1990, 1992 and between 1994 and 1998. He kicked a total of 136 goals. The 1992 season saw him play seven senior games and kick six goals for Essendon as well as appearing in the club’s reserve grade premiership-winning team.
